Great experience at Froggy’s Car Wash! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the free vacuums are a huge plus, and their monthly pass is reasonably priced, especially for a family with multiple cars. Convenient, easy, and a really good value. Definitely recommend!

(Final Update) If you have a newer vehicle proceed at your own risk. Refund was not even offered and I’m stuck with replacing a $300 factory tail light (Update) Tyler the district Manager has reached out, still denying responsibility, waiting on footage to see if the blower caused the damages, if it was the blower then There is nothing more to proceed with. Once we come to a conclusion I will modify this review completely. We were on vacation visiting family and the day before we made our trip back south we decided to go to this carwash to start washing away any salt on our vehicle. Before we went through we had ZERO Damage and after we came out and began to vacuum we noticed our passenger side tail light was pulled out of placement, upon further inspection we found the taillight clips have been broken by the carwash. During the claim paperwork the employee informed us that the location recently had a power outage and that it takes awhile for everything to return to normal. After our claim we had to place ductape on the light just to keep it for falling off. 2 other vehicles after ours was damaged as well. As of Now Kayla the manager of this locate is denying that the car wash

I explicitly asked for a touchless car wash, and the employee confirmed it would be selected. That did not happen. My vehicle was sent through a brush wash instead. When I came out, I immediately noticed scratches. The employee admitted he forgot to apply the touchless option, apologized, and completed a damage report with me on-site. For context, I had just purchased this vehicle and it had already been inspected, so I am fully aware of its prior condition. What’s most concerning is what happened next — after acknowledging the mistake in person, management completely deflected responsibility and responded as if their equipment could not have caused the damage. Let’s be clear: I requested a specific service, your employee failed to provide it, and now you’re refusing accountability. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence followed by avoidance. I will be pursuing this further and would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if you care about your vehicle’s condition.

Terrible experience! After my car wash I went home and realized the carwash broke my light fixture. I went back and they had me fill out paperwork for a claim and never got back to me. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I am loving Froggy's so far! I purchased a monthly unlimited and I take my car almost every day! Absolutely worth every penny to maintain the investment of having a nice car. The new location will be right next to my hotel, so even better and more convenient!
